ur commitment to continuous improvement is what
moves Mosaic forward. We consider sustainability goals
along with operational and financial goals. Improvement
plans are in place for environmental and sustainability
repor ting, transparency and accountability company
wide. We respond annually to the Carbon Disclosure
Project (CDP) to voluntarily repor t on our environmental and
sustainability, utilizing the Global Repor ting Initiative’s (GRI)
G3.1 framework with the Mining & Metals Sector Supplement. In
2011,
Mosaic became a signator y to the United Nations Global
Compact, af firming our deep commitment to operate according
to universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights,
labor, environment and anticorruption. We are working to promote
an environment of mutual trust and respect with our stakeholders
around the world through our disclosure ef for ts.
